SpeakRightNow provides speech therapy for children between birth and three years of age through Bay Area regional centers and for private clients of youngsters up to the age of 18-0. Our company is licensed in Santa Clara County and the city of San Jose. We service clients through San Andreas Regional Center (SARC), Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB), and Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC). Regional centers are funded by the state of California to serve persons with developmental disabilities as required by the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act.

Parents and case managers of regional centers rely on our extensive expertise in servicing clients who have speech and language difficulties. Our company contracts with independent speech-language pathologists (SLPs) who are all licensed in their profession by the state of California. Many of our therapists are proficient in several languages.

SpeakRightNow's therapists conduct speech-language evaluations using assessment instruments such as the BDI, PLS-4, REEL3, etc. These instruments are recognized within the field of speech-language pathology. Testing can reveal whether your child needs services to improve his or her language skills. Language disorders are problems in understanding language or in communicating ideas and needs.

Our therapists use effective methods of therapy to correct speech and language disorders. For example, oral-motor exercises, eliciting speech through play, and interacting with visual and audio aids (such as computers, books, puzzles, and electronic devices) characterize a typical therapy session.
